In pratica scegliendo il Mutuo Opzione Sicura puoi controllare l'andamento della rata tramite il Tagliando : Ordinario e Straordinario .
Coupon Ordinary
In this way you will be sent each year, under the variable rate (Euribor 3 months or, in the first house, the ECB main refinancing rate) or 90 days before the agreed maturity for the fixed rate regime 2 or 5 years.
Coupon Extraordinary
will be sent in a floating rate regime , whenever there is an increase of the amount of the installment of 20% compared to that originally planned.
This will allow you to control your mortgage and therefore be more comfortable , I find this useful service offered by UniCredit unlike other banks that in some cases not warn of the increased 'payment amount.
