Da inizio anno stiamo assistendo ad un continuo calo dei tassi sui mutui a tasso fisso con durata inferiore ai 40 anni , direi una notizia positiva visto la crisi in atto.

June 2010: A Decline of the rates for fixed rate mortgages!
Unlike the fixed rate, the rates on adjustable rate mortgages had a slight increase from the beginning of 2010, though still below the rates fixed.
